Introduction

Winsford Town Council invites suitably qualified consultants to submit a tender for professional planning services to support the review, update, and production of the Winsford Neighbourhood Plan (WNP2).

Background

The existing Winsford Neighbourhood Plan requires review due to changes in national policy, local growth requirements, and community needs.

Objectives

• Produce an updated Winsford Neighbourhood Plan (WNP2)
• Deliver spatial scenario planning work
• Draft policies, supporting text, and required documentation
• Undertake Sustainability Appraisal including SEA

Scope of Works

To includes Spatial Planning, Neighbourhood Plan Production, and Sustainability Appraisal (SA).

Deliverables

Growth Scenario Report, Draft and Final WNP2, Policies Map, Site Assessment Report, Basic Conditions Statement, SA Report.

Submission Requirements

Company profile, methodology, team CVs, cost breakdown, and programme.
