- ACCOUNTS FOR APPROVAL
Schedule ‘B’ lists payments made since the last meeting
Schedule ‘C’ lists accounts for approval at this meeting
Schedule ‘D’ lists supplementary accounts for approval (to follow)
- BANK ACCOUNT MONTHLY RECONCILIATION STATEMENTS
Financial probity recommends monthly reconciliation of the Town Council’s accounts. (‘E’)
- FINANCIAL REGULATIONS 2018/19
The Council’s Financial Regulations must be reviewed and amended (if necessary) on a regular basis. The latest version of the Regulations is attached for consideration by the Finance Committee. (‘F’)
Members note the attached Regulations and APPROVE the Regulations.
- TREASURY MANAGEMENT POLICY
The Council’s Treasury Management Policy must be reviewed and amended (if necessary) on an annual basis. The latest version of the Policy is attached for consideration by the Finance Committee. (‘G’)
Members are asked to note the attached Policy and approve or otherwise
- GRANTS SUB-COMMITTEE
For Members to consider the attached minutes from the Grants Sub-Committee meeting held on 6th February 2019. The minutes are attached for ratification. (‘H’)
- TREE REPAIRS
Members are asked to note the fact that the Town Council has spent a total of £1,985.00 on tree work during 2018/19 – using funds which have largely been unbudgeted. Issues with trees are placing a greater burden on the Town Council’s resources and Members may wish to offer some observations on this matter.
- INTERIM AUDIT
The Town Council’s internal auditor – JDH Business Services Ltd – carried out an interim audit on the Town Council’s financial and other interests on 5th February 2019. Report from the audit is to follow. The Council’s annual internal audit will take place on 10th June 2019.
- EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
Due to their confidential nature, Members may decide to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the following matters in accordance with Section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. Reports relating to these items have been withheld from public circulation and deposit.

Update on the latest position from the Town Clerk.
