Cllr Lyndsay Barwell
I grew up in Canada, moved to the UK and did five years of supply teaching. I have lived in Winsford since 2011 and am now training to be a counsellor.
Particular interests I have for Winsford are involving residents–especially youth, increasing activities for all ages, increasing environmental sustainability and beautifying Winsford, and waterfront development.
Interests and activities outside politics include aerial silks and trapeze, ice skating, science, gardening, outdoor swimming and board games.
Join your Wharton & Gravel Labour team for our resident drop-in sessions, where you can ask your councillors questions, discuss issues and share ideas for the town. We’re here for you.
We’re at Wharton Library on the following dates –
Even months – Last Saturday of the month from 11:00 – 12:00
Odd months – Last Thursday of the month from 15:00 – 16:00
We don’t hold resident drop-in sessions in August and December.
If you can’t attend and want to discuss something please contact me.
