Wharton Recreation Ground is a large attractive Recreation Ground.
Facilities include two high standard bowling greens. It is home to the Wharton Rec. Bowling Club which is one of the oldest established bowling clubs in Mid Cheshire and has provided local bowling with some of it’s finest players with many achieving county level and beyond.
Other facilities include a hard tennis court; a junior football pitch; a netball/basketball/tennis court; a childrens play area and a toddlers play area.
