Let a light shine in memory of a loved one this Christmas by dedicating a star to be placed on the Tree.
If you would like to dedicate a star for this special occasion, please complete the form below and submit it.
The stars will be prepared and placed on an illuminated tree and all names will be read out before the service at 6:45pm.
The stars will remain on display until after the Twelfth Night of Christmas, when the lights will be turned off and the stars carefully removed.
